The development only has a few homes left to build, so don’t miss out! When you visit, walk the neighborhood and meet the residents! You can be as busy or laid back as you’d like!
3CW is small 55+ Community of warm, caring neighbors! I recommend it to anyone looking for a laid back environment in which to live. Lots of activities. Great construction a plus!

It's a great 55+ Active Adult Community offering low maintenance lifestyle just off the shores of Lake Norman in Denver, NC. Quality construction with several floorplan options. The location is superior being 20 minutes to Uptown or Charlotte/Douglas International Airport, 10 minutes the Villages at Birkdale, and less than a mile to a public boat launch and waterside Beatties Ford Park. The activities are well thought out. There is a clubhouse, pool and even a pickleball court.
We have issues that have existed for over 2 years that have yet to be addressed. We feel they have sold a product that they will not support. Our concerns & issues have fallen on deaf ears.
