Bought a Ridley Fenix in November end of season sale at a great price. Delivery and communication up to that point was excellent. At this point would of given 5 stars. The bike is a replacement Summer Bike so beside a test ride I have just stored it. Got an email from them in Feb highlighting a possible serious fault and not to ride the bike until it was checked. Potential significant cable damage to RotoR Chain ring BB sprocket as it doesn't have outer protective shell. Requested I check it or take to a bike shop. Solution ... read more

The beginning of the bike build was great very personal and helpful, I'm glad to finally get the bike I've been wanting for a while now. Had a few hiccups along the way. The bike was supposed to ship out on a Friday, but didn't get out until Wednesday. Once I emailed to check, the label was created, So I felt like it was forgotten about. The packaging was not adequate and quickly thrown together with parts against other loose parts resulting in a few scratches and chips.
