About a year ago, I took a beginner quilting class with Wendy at 2nd Street, and it completely transformed my life. Since then, I’ve made 14 full size quilt tops, and it has become my favorite hobby! Wendy and the entire staff are kind, patient, and supportive. Interesting history. This building used to be a bike shop prior to the quilt shop. Second owner of 8 years after previous who had it 14 years, I think. This building is over 100 years old that has a cute set up with fabrics, fat quarters, patterns, kits, hand embroidery and a classroom in their garage. The atmosphere is very airy, bright, up to date and alive!
