Horrible place . Dolena only cares about the money and not the child . She’ll side with the person who is giving her money and disregard any concerns you may have. Will also bad mouth another company so you’ll go with her . Also never takes accountability it’s always someone else and not her . Update: showing proof since she wants to lie which only proves my point. Beware of this place .
I highly recommend 2nd Chances Monitoring as a reputable honest and trustworthy service.
Just wanted to post a follow up on my experience with 2nd chances monitoring. After a very challenging uphill battle I managed to re-establish my parenting time with my children. I'm very grateful I selected this facility, as it was a major determining factor before the courts. The detailed reports, observations and expertise in dealing with high conflict matters is a critical determining factor when a monitor or monitoring agency makes a assessment before a court. This review is in regards to the entire operations of 2nd Chance Monitoring under management and ownership of Dolena. I had originally posted a 1-star review breaking down the unprofessional, and frankly, dangerous behavior of this business and its sole owner.
