Just wanted to post a follow up on my experience with 2nd chances monitoring. After a very challenging uphill battle I managed to re-establish my parenting time with my children. I'm very grateful I selected this facility, as it was a major determining factor before the courts. The detailed reports, observations and expertise in dealing with high conflict matters is a critical determining factor when a monitor or monitoring agency makes a assessment before a court. I had originally posted a 1-star review breaking down the unprofessional, and frankly, dangerous behavior of this business and its sole owner. Here are some tidbits of what has happened, is legally on record, and the results of the parties: 1) The parent that was supervised broke a temporary restraining order due to the lack of control, communication, and quality of care from the monitor. 2nd chance is truly a life saver. Dolena is kind, compassionate, and professional. She goes above and beyond to help parents have their time with their children. Her office is always clean and neat and feels like home. She even provides snacks and treats for us parents who have worked all day and go straight to see our kids. She doesn’t need to do this and still does it anyways.
