Here is the email I just sent to 2Modern's customer service department. This was in response to an email I received from them demanding a tracking number for the return within 5 days or they would refuse the return. 1. I have never been asked to provide tracking information on a return in 10+ years of frequent online shopping, much less with the threatening and aggressive tone of the email I received from you on June 17, attached below. 2. I would give this company zero stars if I could. DO NOT BUY from them. I purchased an table and 6 chairs, spending over $4,0000 on them. I received them and loved the way they looked, I put them on my completely covered balcony and less than one week later one of the chairs had a stain on it. I contacted their customer service and was given the cleaning instructions and the stain did not go away, I followed up and said that I would like to return the chairs since I was nervous that the chairs would all be stained if this hap... read more

Horrible customer service, poor website with misleading information. I shopped for a desk and their inventory data was wrong. Then I called to confirm when the actual order will be delivered and their customer service was rude and had no information. I looked up the company and saw poor reviews sadly too late. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, THEY ARE A SCAM!!!
