We purchased a corner cabinet. One small part was missing, so I couldn't attach one of the doors of this cabinet to the main body, but when I contacted this company directly, the small parts were mailed and I was able to assemble this cabinet safely. I love this cabinet to store all my medication and some rolls of paper towel. Excellent customer care!!

I ordered a Bedroom set from 2K furniture through Amazon. The look and price of the set was great! Imagine my disappointment to see a message saying my order would be cancelled! I got on the phone and on the other end was Joe. Joe was great, excellent!! We quickly talked through and sorted the issue. Some bad past experiences in the context of my order led to the cancellation. After speaking with Joe I was happy with the service and the effort put forth to make sure my order would be a successful one!! Thanks again Joe.
Customer service is great!!! I have whole set of their furniture at home!!!! Unfortunately one item came damaged. I contacted customer service , Joe helped me right away. Joe reordered new one for us and I had at my house just in couple days. Thanks Joe
