Joe did a great job making sure this was delivered on time, and in a quality manner.
Hands down - best customer service ever. I bought a very nice table, but it was too big, so I returned it. As it turns out, I returned that item and then mistakenly applied the same Fed Ex label to a different returned item/large box (rookie mistake, but I'm not a rookie - smile). How did I know this? We live in Oregon and we had a dinette set shipped all the way from 2K furniture designs in New York. The dining set arrived in perfect condition. We had a minor glitch with a part...so thank you to Joe the outstanding customer rep who made sure we got the part we needed quickly and we couldn't be happier! I ordered a 10 piece dining room set from Amazon and it was supposed to ship later in the month. I got a call from Joe at 2K Furniture and was given the option of a delivery window well in advance of the one given by Amazon. It wasn't a 4 hour window as you usually get, it was an hour. They arrived right on time, brought the packages inside and helped me open them up for review. This is the best experience I've had with a delivery!
