Rarely have basic parts in stock and have to order them in. A couple of great counter guys. They refuse to accept cash and charge card processing fees. Take a check I guess. Not accepting cash is absolutely unAmerican. I had to use cash as my business account experienced fraud and was waiting on a new card. I personally don’t want to do business with a company that doesn’t accept legal tender.
Best supplier in town. They are a pleasure to work with. Wouldn't buy our main line from anyone else.
Called to see if they had a part in stock, cause my HVAC guy was tied up on another job. I didn’t want to buy it, wasn’t trying to do anything other than check if it was in stock. So when my hvac guy was free he would know. Since it’s over an hour drive one way. The guy on the line was extremely rude and acted as if I was trying infiltrate a secret organization. Smh do better, I wouldn’t want a part from them now.

My furnace went out and I bought a motherboard at 2J. Very nice experience, the entire staff was very personable and helpful. Nothing but good things to say.
