My sister and I had an amazing experience at 29 Milan, thanks to Karen and Emma! We were so excited to buy Merry People boots, and they both went above and beyond to help us. Their friendly, caring, and helpful service made the whole experience wonderful. We ended up buying three pairs of boots in total, which might not have happened without their fantastic assistance. Highly recommend this store and these two wonderful ladies!
As much as it is a beautiful store, it disappointments me to not even be acknowledged. Not a “Hello”, not a “How can I help you?” - nothing! Considering my mum was looking at a pair of Merry People boots and didn’t even get assisted. Absolutely appalling!
Was excited for my road trip to Stirling to purchase a pair of Merry People boots on Saturday morning (21st June) Beautiful shop with lots of unique items. Unfortunately the lady who was on site (not the owner I believe) was so impatient and rude. There was another lady trying on boots and she was snapped at as well for being undecided about which colour to choose. I was told they didn’t have my size but I ended up finding them in the stack of boxes myself. Not a great customer service experience.
