Do not step foot in this place. It’s been quite a few years since I’ve gone but I still haven’t forgotten the last time I went. First of all, I was browsing some items and the employees kept staring me down. Then they told me to not touch anything and started claiming that I was only in there to steal, which of course I wasn’t (needless to say customer service was a 0). I have done business with Jim several times and have always been happy with my experience, whether I am buying or selling. Jim is friendly, professional, and easy to work with. And, he only charges $10 to replace a watch battery. The jewelry store on the corner of Partin Dr. and John Sims charges $20
28 Red is the best pawn shop in Niceville. He has been in business for decades and has become a reliable source for tools, jewelry and general pawn services. His inventory is constantly turning so you never know what he might have next time you stop by.

Walked in there ready to spend $10,000 on a necklace or ring, soon as I walked in the guy was on the phone while in store for 15 mins straight, when I went to ask a question he got mad and said I’m on the phone and ran to the back and slammed his door!! Just rude, all money is good money, and far as a business owner that $10,000 in sales would have made his day, probably the only business he would have got from me!!!!
