Incredibly toxic place to work. Incompetent staff are promoted and encouraged as they don't 'cause issues' by pointing out mistakes and concerns for the health of the residents. All the good staff leave, and then management have the audacity to lie and claim they sack people, citing made-up reasons, when in reality these people have handed in their notice to go to care homes that actually respect their work ethic.
Super freindly and helpfull people, very clean and organised. A stunning garden at the front with a wonderful sensory room and a unique but incredibly efficient building layout that makes it easy and speedy to get where you want to be.
