We purchased a new semi-detached home from Living on Fourteenth and moved in early in October 2019. The home is gorgeous with 9’ ceilings, many upgrades and extra features, and the quality of the construction is outstanding. The in-floor radiant heat and energy efficiency, along with on demand hot water and other home systems, are exactly what we wanted in a new home. I purchased a duplex in October of this year. My experience has been completely positive! To start, the builder, Chris Barfoot, has bent over backwards in every respect to accommodate me. Truly going above and beyond ( even according to my lawyer who was amazed at his generosity of spirit)! The house itself is extremely well-built and affords unexpected pleasures at every turn. Living on Fourteenth is a beautiful addition to the Hanover Heights Development. The units are aesthetically pleasing and meticulously maintained. Couldn’t ask for better neighbours!
