I am submitting this review to express my deep concern about the fairness and impartiality of the proceedings in my case. Despite providing clear evidence—including photographs, police reports, a valid case number, and even an admission from the opposing party regarding abuse—the court appeared to overlook the seriousness of these facts. In contrast, hearsay from the opposing party was not only accepted, but seemingly prioritized. I see we have another negative review of Judge Chap B. Cain III. You are racists. When you said “if length was protected they would’ve wrote it in the bill”. This reminds me of my military service. The way the higher ranking people would go out of their way to police you over the most trivial and minuscule things that are OBVIOUSLY implied so you wouldn’t have to write such useless information.
