We received the smallest car known to mankind from the airport rental service and were fortunate to find this rental option at our hotel. Over the course of two days while exchanging cars (with the first day dedicated to the swap and the second day focused on actually leaving with the vehicle), both representatives who assisted me were exceptionally kind and accommodating.
They promptly and efficiently assisted in exchanging a rental that was damaged in a dust storm, and I was back on my way.
The customer service was exceptionally helpful and accommodating. The staff made a concerted effort to ensure our satisfaction and comfort. The rental was thoroughly cleaned and in excellent condition.
