Did not return my $500 deposit. Called them to ask about it, since car was in same condition and gas refilled to the top. they hung up on me and text me back instead. Refused to answer when I called them back. On top of that, shuttle took an extended amount of time for pick up, killing other plans. I do not recommend these scammers.

you will have a reservation, and the most probably situation will be 'we do not have this car available but we have an alternative with higher cost'. Avoid this company, I promise your vacation will begin as a nigthmare.

So this is the worst experience with the car company ever. We had the reservation at 7:30 PM but they close at 6:00 PM. On the site and on google maps says they close at 11:00 PM. Anyway, we get there the next day to pick up the car and they say the reservation was cancelled because the rate is too low. Excuse me? Also we argued with them to get the refund because we booked through a third party. The cherry on top? The location on google maps is wrong.

SCAM of a company!! My dad rented a car in July and as of mid-Sept multiple calls and emails to the main booking group, they have not returned his $500 deposit, which based on other reviews seems to be common practice with this company. He finally had to claim fraud at his bank to get the money back. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY!! Oh and he reported this company to the BBB and the CA Attorney General's Office.
