Have yet to receive my deposit, can not get a hold of anyone if called, emailed and texted all avenues. Do not recommend. Been well over a month.

Don’t rent here. Never received my deposit. Employee are rude. To many hidden fees. If you do get ready to wait 3 hrs before you get to your vehicle. If I could I would give them -10 stars. Stay AWAY from this place.

I was fooled with a cheap 4 day rental until they taxed me with insurance. Don’t go to them unless you have full coverage insurance. Moreover, I was taxed extra money from a third party??!! There is NO REFUNDS, If you decide to cancel!!!

I Had A Trip Aug 20-24, So A Car Was Needed And They Truly Help, Prices Was Very Reasonable But Best Part About It All, That All Cars That I Seen There Looked New, They Had Many Options You Can Pick From To Sedan To SUV, Mileage Was Low, & The Car Was A Gas Saver So If I Was You I Would Gladly Gave This Rental Spot A Try Again If IAm Visiting Los Angeles Again.

Terrible experience. Air bag light was on upon pick up, then when I returned the car they claimed 4000 plus damage for a tiny scratch that may have been there at the start DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
