Still waiting for them to reverse the $500 “deposit” on my credit card. Fine print says 20 business days which is a month. Ridiculous Wish I read the poor reviews on BBB rated F.
They submitted an insurance damage claim for a scrape of rubber on a wheel. A 3 month long battle of zero communication, them CANCELLING my insurance policy I HAD TO purchase from the place they “recommended” had for the 1-week car rental without my permission. That was a challenge in itself to get reinstated. Then that wasn’t even enough to cover the “damage” of a streak of rubber on a wheel they claimed as a scratch. Make it make sense please. I rented a luxury vehicle and had a great experience! Not difficult to work with this company. They even provided transportation from the lax to their building.
