Avoid this place at all costs. They have terrible customer service. It feels like some kind of scam. You have to sit in a phone booth for 30 minutes paying extra fees. I hope this place goes out of business. You won’t get what you rent.
Worst experience I've had with any rental car company I've ever dealt with. There are hidden fees that are not mentioned. We paid online so it would seem expected to get your car when you get there. Nope. Do NOT spend your money here. You will regret.
If I could give 0 stars I would.. this place is a scam buisness once you arrive they will tell you the price you confirmed With booking is not the price you pay.. they charge an extra $100 usd…. They gave no papers for insurance. The shuttle driver was in an accident on the way to collect my party from the airport and we waited a very long time. DO NOT use this company ever! You won’t save any money, pay the extra and go with a reputable company.
Sometimes you really do get what you pay for. This was the cheapest option and I now know why. First, they insisted that my personal liability insurance wouldn't be acceptable because "90 to 100% of the time it doesn't apply" which is completely made up. Also, there aren't any onsite employees to actually handle the rental (btw, the guy who picked me up was incredibly nice. I'm sorry I can't remember your name). ******WARNING*****DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE NOT US BASED AND THEY WILL SCAM YOU! THEY PICK YOU UP FROM THE AIRPORT AND TAKE YOU TO A SKETCHY PLACE WHERE YOU GO IN A BOOTH AND TALK TO SOMEONE ON VIDEO CONFERENCE THAT IS NOT IN AMERICA. THE BOTH IS LIKE A SAUNA.
