This company will stick you with a high security deposit, then when you return the car they will say you damaged it. This is my case. It’s been over 6 month, where my security deposit has not been refunded, and now they’re claiming I returned the vehicle with wheel damage. I had a great experience renting here. I saw a lot of negative reviews which made me skeptical at first but over all the staff was very friendly and helpful. If you follow their instructions you will be in and out in 5 mins. The rate was great and got a brand new Nissan. Highly recommend
The customer service is HORRIBLE. They do not know how to accommodate customers. They have NO PARKING. So they only cater to people coming on their shuttle. They have no parking for anybody else. They told me to park around the corner or across the street. They are off of Century Blvd, which is a busy street. I will NEVER NEVER come back here again!

AVOID AT ALL COST!! SCAM artists!! If I could give this company a zero star, I would!! They claim I scratched a rim tire that would cost $5k??! I only had the car for 2 whole days and 3 other witnesses in the vehicle, plus images at the time of drop off. This is in retaliation due to an altercation with their incompetent employee that I included images below!! Do NOT be fooled with their low prices!
