Lived there for 4 years and loved the building and living downtown! The best views in the area!
Don't live here ever! I lived here 10 years ago and everything was horrible from the mice in my apartment, water leaks in the bathroom, broken mailboxes, washers, dryers, front door, elevator, superintendent drunk half the time, and property management company that would hold on to your checks for rent for over 2 weeks before cashing it causing it to bounce most of the time due to me having to pay other bills. This place needs to be torn down now!
I like how they accented their apartments on the outside. Very creative.
This is an apartment complex which is run down to the hilt the elevator is so the whole place needs much repair some floors are better than others but some floors just look so awful it's really disgusting. it's so old the elevator and go up in it I rather walk up the stairs.basically this is one of the buildings I really don't like here in Albany it is really falling apart and it's very decrepit and falling apart and whoever runs this building is probably a slumlord
