Horrible customer service!! Ordered an item through Amazon and when we finally opened it, it was broken. Asked for an exchange and they said because it was out of the return time they would not do it!! We weren’t asking for a refund, we just wanted the broken item replaced. Working with Amazon now because this company does not stand behind their products! Amazon needs to drop this vendor!

I ordered a gas fireplace log set from Amazon and ordered the wrong size. And I didn’t realize it until we had unpacked everything and set it in the fireplace. I looked up the seller on Amazon and it was 247 Grills. I didn’t even know if I COULD return it since it was My fault, I had unpacked everything, and they are quite heavy (70 lbs)! The owner could not have been nicer! He explained how to return the logs through Amazon and helped me determine what size I really needed. He immediately sent a replacement set. There were return issues that were resolved. The price for the module was best on the internet.
Buyer BEAWARE!!!! Please be careful when purchasing anything from this company.... I purchased a Blaze Grill online and they ARE NOT TRANSPARENT AT ALL that their freight deliveries have to be inspected upon receipt in front of the driver right on the spot for damages or defect and that the signature means we accept the condition at the time and no returns or refunds later for anything that is found after the fact.
