Excellent! I worked with Caleb and he helped me pick out a chair for my office at home. This review is purely for my online experience as I didn't visit the store but would definitely recommend for online shopping. Caleb helped me weigh my different options and gave me a great deal for an awesome refurbished chair! They are very attentive and respond quickly.
Caleb was extremely professional and made my purchase transaction effortlessly and I was extremely pleased with the price, quality and service delivery. They load your precious finds and makes sure you are good to go before you hit the road! I hate to give my secrets away, but this is a gem of a location for all items. Built out a new office with 8 cubes, 6 open stations, 5 offices, and a few conference rooms. OIG helped find the best product, had solid pricing, and got us started well.

I would recommend using OIG for your office needs. I have purchased from them on three separate occasions. They are always willing to help me find the right items for my budget. We ended up outfitting our entire office with cubicles and their delivery service was outstanding.
