Very satisfied with customer service, after hours call by me to check stock, and ask questions. Positive, concise answers to all my questions. Order processed next business day, I got notified shipped the following day, arrived day after Thanksgiving. Would have arrived thursday, but it was Thanksgiving day. +++ on speedy delivert. +++ on customer service I bought a balans gravity chair, very lleased with it.

My chair isn't working at the moment waiting on a response I will let you know how things go with sending me the part need to fix my chair. It wont adjust the height just stays down i pull it up and instantly falls down with no pressure at all.
