I've been using 24 Scarves Reliable Care Transportation for Months going back and forth to my Medical appointments, at the Methodist Hospital.I just had another appointment on February 11,2025 and I couldn't be more impressed. I scheduled a trip 11 days in advance and my credit card was immediately charged $789. After four hours I sent a text requesting confirmation. Dee replied she sent it to wrong email and would resend when she gets back to office. Nothing that evening. Nothing next morning. Now I feel I’ve been ripped off. I text cancellation request plus full refund. Now Dee gets back to me saying a refund will take 5-7 days and a$50 cancellation fee will be imposed. Terrible experience. Don’t get ripped off!!

This company has made it possible for my sister (who hasn't walked in 3.5 years due to her suffering 2 separate strokes) to attend physical/Occupational therapy in The Woodlands.
