Great company to deal with. They took the time to answer all my questions and explain every detail of the project. The best part was that the job was completed ahead of schedule, and the windows look fantastic.

Like Percy below, all my windows, 17 in total, installed by 24 Hour Thermal Glass Insulation started to develop severe condensation and air leak problems 5 to 10 years after installation, as all the inner seals have broken down. The large picture window attached here I can barely see out of, my bedroom window is even worse. Even in the summer the condensation remains in the windows. I had a similar experience. My windows were installed in 2009, but shortly after the 5-year warranty expired, they began fogging and developing stains around the edges. Now I have to replace them. In contrast, other windows in my house, installed by a different company, have remained clear for 15 years. I now need to replace the faulty ones, and I strongly recommend avoiding this company.
