This was literally the worst Road Side experience I've ever had. I called RPM at around 9:15 PM. They told me that they were 45 minutes away after taking payment after taking payment. I waited an hour. I called back several times and I was sent straight to voicemail. Eventually, someone called me by mistake asking me about another Client situation. Great company. We called RPM It was 4 in the morning AAA We thought we were stranded then like a knight and shining armor Rob Came out Diagnosed our problem Save this a lot of money from getting towed and even fixed the car on sight. Really great guy once again thanks Rob No doubt my mind I get. stranded again I'm going with RPM. Now you Know

We got stranded in Macon GA, on our way to FL, called and spoke with Alex and explained our situation, she was very pleasant and efficient!! They got there quickly and Paul had everything he needed to get us back on the road! Excellent service and very knowledgeable! If there were an option for 10 stars, this company deserves them!!! ♥️ thank you!!!!

This Road side service is a scam, they take your money via cash app and don’t show up when you’re broke down and need their services. They don’t answer your calls after waiting an hour for them to show up. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. In fact, they should be reported for Fraud!

I dont know what happened to the 5 star company I delt with. But this RPM is not the same people who helped me. Please bring Alex and Paul back. They are the true 24 hour Roadside Solutions!!
