NEVER SHOWED UP!!! After a 12 hour shift, I came out of the hospital and saw I had a flat tire. Talked to this company at 7:15m. And at that time, they told me they were in Lizella- and that they were actually to the same hospital that I work at shortly to visit the family member. I told them I just need a tire change. This was literally the worst Road Side experience I've ever had. I called RPM at around 9:15 PM. They told me that they were 45 minutes away after taking payment after taking payment. I waited an hour. I called back several times and I was sent straight to voicemail. Eventually, someone called me by mistake asking me about another Client situation. I had a flat on a silver BMW on the front driver side. They showed up went to work and didn't stop until they were sure my mom and I was safe to travel. Plus, they asked me to let them know that we made it back to Atlanta ok. What other service ask you to call to let them know you made it ok? None that I know of. I'm so very pleased with this company and I recommend this company to everyone that breakdown please don't hesitate to call them!!!!! Super friendly and courteous!!!!!!!

This Road side service is a scam, they take your money via cash app and don’t show up when you’re broke down and need their services. They don’t answer your calls after waiting an hour for them to show up. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. In fact, they should be reported for Fraud!

We got stranded in Macon GA, on our way to FL, called and spoke with Alex and explained our situation, she was very pleasant and efficient!! They got there quickly and Paul had everything he needed to get us back on the road! Excellent service and very knowledgeable! If there were an option for 10 stars, this company deserves them!!! ♥️ thank you!!!!
