Her office is truly a 1-stop shop. I emailed the docs to her, she printed them, I signed them and then she was also able to scan them and send them to via email.

She's a gem. :) I needed a notary at the very last minute and it was at the wee hours of the morning on a Sunday and when I call this lady "Nancy the Notary" I was amazed at how pleasant she sounded at such an early hour on Sunday.
