I would definitely recommend 24 Hour Closing Firm. Marie Joe Dimayuga was the paralegal that worked with us. She did a wonderful job. She's very professional and knowledgeable. She kept us informed during the hold process and if I have any questions I would call her directly and she would pick up, not some automation thingy. Excellent service. Thank you.
My wife and I needed a Very quick title search. Harry was amazing, he had the info we needed to us within about 1.5 hrs. We will use them when we close on the property.
I would not recommend this firm for a real estate closing. Throughout this transaction, communication has been consistently poor. They've requested documents from me on multiple occasions that I had already sent weeks prior. Now, with the closing ready to go, I've made 10 attempts to reach the paralegal assigned to my file in the last 24 hours with zero response. There are plenty of excellent real estate attorneys in the Charlotte area. Don't roll the dice on a firm that can't keep track of a file or return a phone call.
Used 24hour closing to complete the sale of my house, i would not use this company again. You cant talk to anyone, voicemails are all full. They also managed to send my funds to the wrong account, which was eventually resolved. In closing, if you need a company that will make simple mistakes and not be reachable this is the company for you!
24 Hour is our preferred closing partner. Fast, affordable, and efficient. Highly recommend
