I would not recommend this firm for a real estate closing. Throughout this transaction, communication has been consistently poor. They've requested documents from me on multiple occasions that I had already sent weeks prior. Now, with the closing ready to go, I've made 10 attempts to reach the paralegal assigned to my file in the last 24 hours with zero response. There are plenty of excellent real estate attorneys in the Charlotte area. Don't roll the dice on a firm that can't keep track of a file or return a phone call.
Used 24hour closing to complete the sale of my house, i would not use this company again. You cant talk to anyone, voicemails are all full. They also managed to send my funds to the wrong account, which was eventually resolved. In closing, if you need a company that will make simple mistakes and not be reachable this is the company for you!

I've had great experiences working with 24 Hour Closing throughout several closings. They're very fast, responsive, and great at problem solving.
The person that set up my appointment, lacked urgency, almost made us pay additional money because he couldn’t get his act together. He sent me to the wrong place. The location is in a very suspect place in Charlotte. They have confident people working at 24 hour closing. I’m not saying all of them, but the one that organized all of this almost cost us over $1500. He was caught lying to me and the Mortgage Broker. Do not recommend.
