Do not waste your time with this monopoly of a company. We were promised that they would expand their fiber to our house in March of 2022 and said it would be done by summer. It is now Oct 2023 and they are now saying it will not be done until summer of 2024 even though we are fully connected to the fiber line and everything is finished because they haven't finished installing the line to 3 other houses. Don't waste your time. Paid $150 up front because we were promised internet by the end of summer (this was LAST YEAR) and we still haven't heard any updates. The fibre line is literally 100ft away from our house and we still are waiting when we paid ahead of time. Absolute worst experience with a fibre internet company I've ever had. I can't wait until Starlink obliterates these companies that have a monopoly over the whole state and can charge whatever ridiculous prices they want because there's no other options besides sat... read more
