I feel the need to echo what a couple of other reviewers have already mentioned. 99% of the time the service here is phenomenal, quick, helpful, and exactly what you want from a permit service. However, when you end up dealing with a certain individual, everything comes to a screeching halt. Instead of helping solve problems, the process becomes unnecessarily complicated and you end up doing the work yourself. Agreed with another reviewer, 99% of the staff are incredibly polite and easy to deal with...except for one rude/obnoxious/miserable old lady that likes to ruin your day. Incredibly frustrating when she answers the phone. Otherwise great and courteous service
Cannot say enough good things about 24/7. Helped me out in a pinch and saved the day.
99% of the staff is wonderful to deal with, except 1 old lady is just miserable to deal with...absolutely ruins your day dealing with her.
