I would like to begin by saying that this was an extremely disappointing and unpleasant experience. I scheduled my appointment through the website provided and received a confirmation email beforehand. When I arrived at the address, the woman was outside and immediately approached me in a rude and unwelcoming manner, asking why I was there. I would like to start off by saying this was not a good nor pleasant experience for me.
