Laura from Enterprise was a life saver! A week before our flight to Orlando, our flight arrival time changed from 7pm to 2pm. My family and I arrived in Orlando all the way from Canada knowing that we won't be able to get our rental when we land. Then being forced to either wait 5 hours or take a taxi and come back for the rental later. Then comes Laura to save the day!
