Rude and Disrespectful front desk owner.
Extremely arrogant and rude owner at Reception. Called front desk no to enquire before coming, the tone was very disrespectful and rude. Pathetic customer service. No wonder on all your negative reviews, its about how you treat your customers and all your replies are instead blaming them. If we missed the groupon details, we are were finding ways to complete the transaction and all you did was pass on rude remarks. Amazing experience, beautiful spa very clean & modern. had the pixel skin resurfacing treatment done and the results truly speak for Themselves. Will definitely be back and recommended to my friends who have been doing laser hair removal and chemical/ micro facials here
I’ve been coming to this salon for years & had 3 sessions of laser skin resurfacing with great results, will be doing maintenance in the winter. Recently I just return and wanted a photofacial for my age spots that started to peak through. Had the pleasure of having my IPL treatment done by the owner Nada , she is knowledgeable and kind my results are great highly recommend . Thank you Nada & 221 degrees team
Good service and the nail tech was very friendly and professional and took her time. My only concern is that the polish was unnecessarily thick, it wasn’t that light of a colour. And even when I got it taken off elsewhere the tech there also noticed how thick it was. But my pedicure was good and lasted a really long time.
