The doctor sent me to PT after spine surgery. Brady quickly realized I needed to strengthen my core muscles. After a few weeks, I felt so much better that I have not only continued the exercises he gave me, but expanded them. I went from being unable to walk 1/4 block to 7 miles without pain!
