I used 21st Century in Knoxville on the recommendation of a friend for physical therapy after shoulder surgery and I'm so glad I did! Sarah and Brady were both amazing to work with. They took the time to listen to me and come up with a personalized plan for my recovery. I would highly recommend 21st Century.
Nick and Emma are great physical therapists! They clearly explained and then demonstrated the exercises I performed there and those I do at home. In four short weeks, my foot feels almost back to normal. Thank you, Nate and Emma!
Staff very friendly & helpful but yet worked my knee to get it flexible and back to normal.
Sarah, Jessica, Brady were great to work with. Jessica and Sarah became family to me. You could tell they cared for my health and well being. Sarah went out of her way to talk to my normal physician over concerns to improve my health mobility, and stability. Would recommend this group to anyone. Today was my last scheduled visit it was like leaving family. They all deserve a 5 star rating. Thank you all.
