Physical therapist, Jamie, worked with me for several weeks on an issue I was dealing with. She carefully started advancing me on a routine of exercises, pulled those that bothered me, and then tried something else. She also gave me helpful tips to implement in my daily life. Jamie was so knowledgeable, professional, and caring and it was a pleasure to have her care for me. I highly recommend Twenty First Century Rehab to anyone needing physical therapy care.

I've been to several sessions with 21st Century and the staff is very friendly and helpful plus being very knowledgeable. They even provided a video of the daily exercises to do at home which is also quite helpful to make sure I am doing them correctly. Highly recommend!
