I came in with bulged disc's. Had very hard time moving, standing, lifting and sleeping. Now I can do all of these things and I'm feeling wonderful. I worked for 45min a session and it has paid off!!! Of course also doing my exercises at home.
I was given attention to my needs and consideration of my pain. Explanations were clear and understandable.
Highly recommend. Each and every person I worked with was wonderful. I am extremely happy with the progress we made.
