This place is great! Been coming here for years and won’t go anywhere else. I had lasik a few years back that didn’t take. The surgeon tried to send me to his affiliated optometrist. I said NOPE! I am going to 21st Century. Not even a question. Very professional, very patient, very quick turn around. They know my insurance and always help me maximize the benefits. Can’t say enough good things.
21st Century Optical was great! I had a really bad experiences in the past getting glasses but this store really made it a great experience. I brought in my insurance card in and they checked my insurance said it was covered and explained how the reimbursement processes worked. Getting a appointment and seeing the optometrist was quick and easy. They then helped go through all the glasses and I got a new pair of glasses, sun glasses and a spare pair. Mike is the BEST! I got my first pair of glasses last year and I needed a replacement pair. I have since moved to another state and have different insurance and HE was able to help me figure all of that out and promptly got me the same exact pair, looking up my script and everything. So appreciative, thank you Mike!
