Before buying a home they sent someone to appraise it. The appraiser didn't find any water damage or anything bad. A few months later I hear a loud bang coming from where the water heater is at. Turns out it busted and flooded under the house. I call a plumber ap they can come fix it right away. We now have water damage on my connecting wall amd floors and some moisture in the insulation and could possibly get moldy. If I could give Teresa Lambert a hundred stars I would. Teresa went above and beyond to make sure that everything was done right for me and my daughter buying our home together, she walked us through the whole thing we had any questions she was on it, and very patient she was just overall outstanding.

I would give this place a 0 if it would let me, these people are just down right rude and will tell you what to do to get approved and when you do it they will still turn around and deny you, with this being my very first time trying to buy a house I would never recommend theses people even if they where the last people to go through.
