They bought my home in December from another company site unseen. Not knowing my home burnt down in November. My insurance called to settle. They gave the insurance a number we signed a check paying it off. Couple months later. Get a call being harassed saying we owe money. Terrible business Terrible customer service. Wouldn't even recommend to my enemies.
