max is absolutely amazing !!! this program works !! but only if you listen. Max is so detailed, supportive and well educated on diet and helps make this program work for you. He gives different recipe ideas when the food seems to become boring.
This place is great, the weight loss part of the program is fast and easy. In order to maintain the weight you need to eat a lot of food during maintenance so you can develope proper eating habits. Once you see that you can eat normal food and have big portions without gaining weight it gave me a peace of mind that I got my moneys worth.
