Great bunch of guys who go to great lengths to help and educate me on the latest tech. The core of their business is great customer service.
Really helpful chat with these guys about a couple of problems with my old MTB.
Unfortunately a mistake was made with my order and they had ran out of stock. They were upfront, polite and kept good communication. I was offered a number of alternatives which were more than reasonable. Though I ultimately took the refund, the high standard of customer service and professionalism would not deter my future business and I hope to make future purchases through them. Honest and genuine business with good intentions.
Great experience with this store in person and when ordering online. Helpful, experienced staff with huge amount of knowledge. Will be back when I upgrade my bike.
Absolute top bunch of boys, had a bike I’d sold, realised it had an issue and needed to post it the next day. Quick call when they opened and was told to bring it over, sorted in 5 minutes and they didn’t want to take anything for it. Rare to get that level of customer service nowadays!
