Neither Samsung nor 2020 Companies standby their “Samsung Experience Store” arrangement. The *Samsung Experience* has been incredibly frustrating and the possibly worst repair center experience I have ever been cursed to deal with. The 2020 Companies operated Samsung repair center has broken my device twice in two separate attempts to repair it. The employee who help me at the Fort Payne Al Walmart is absolutely the best her name is Mikaela she went above and beyond to help me and my daughter get a phone if she is not in a leadership or management position I would highly recommend looking into her she is very polite and professional and had an answer for every question we had thank you 2020 and your awesome employee.
