I like the Dr. very much. The glasses I just got are complete garbage. I cant clean them without the lenses popping out and the fit is horrible. Very disappointed this time.
The lady on the phone was rude and condescending and gave me incorrect information. She was unable to locate my insurance and insisted I did not have insurance. I had my insurance company call to prove I had insurance. Once proven wrong she went full on jerk mode. I'm currently looking for another provider.
