I got prescription glasses and the glare was really bad and I took the glasses back and they ladies upfront were absolutely great and nailed the issue after that I paid for Sun glasses and now I've taken them back now three times and I can't see long distance with them on so I bring up the issue and was told maybe polarized versus tint is better well that was never brought up and now they want play the victim when I paid over 300.00 for the sunglasses that's unprofessional. As a college student, I could get all my information transferred from my other eye doctor very quickly. Scheduling an appointment was seamless. 20/20 tries to get you the best product at a reasonable cost. Every employee I met, from my eye doctor appointment to picking out my glasses and weeks later getting them fitted, was consistently kind and friendly.
