I purchased a mech mod here and from the start it had issues. I brought it back in the next day and the gentleman behind the counter was very open about his lack of ability to help me, stating that all mech mods are finnicky and only work properly on occasion. He made the recommendation that I "keep fiddling with it until it works" I have owned several, and have never had such issues, but that is beyond the point.
