These guys are the real deal! I initially placed an online order for bags and a fork rack for an upcoming bike packing trip however after a few a days without tracking information Amos from 2 Rivers called and let me know that one of the items unexpectedly went out of stock at the warehouse. Not only was Amos able to help to change the order but he also upgraded the shipping service and hand delivered my order with the UPS driver to make sure the bags got to me on time for the trip. We went to another bike shop in Madison and that store had a way bigger inventory, but we kept coming back to 2 Rivers because the customer service was second to none. Each member of the staff was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. We were given every opportunity to try every model before we finally settled on what we wanted. We couldn’t be happier!
