Great company to work with, they picked up our load on time and went to a place that other carriers did not go, very responsive by email and phone, the price for the pallet was very reasonable.
Very Bad Experience! I needed an LTL to bring 1 wrapped pallet with 25 boxes inside. Pallet arrived clearly opened on the top and We could only count 24 boxes. Shame.
Any LTL carrier that nickels and dimes customers gets the worst possible review I can give. Business ends when there is no flexibility. The opportunity cost over time when you do this with customers will inevitably add up to millions in losses. Not only do they nickel and dime, they are also incompetent. I am tired of these mom and pop carriers who believe they have something to offer that’s different. You do not.
2-Day Transportation is an absolute disaster when it comes to carrier services. It's hard to imagine a more incompetent and unreliable transportation company than this one. Their customer service team, pickup and delivery team, and management service are all incredibly bad, making them a nightmare to deal with.
