I had a great experience! The stretch was super smooth, not painful at all, and I felt so much better afterward. I was a little unsure at first, but it ended up being really relaxing, and I left feeling refreshed and pain-free. Definitely worth it!

I recently had a postural correction session, and the results were immediate and noticeable. I tend to carry a lot of tension in my shoulders, often clenching them up without realizing it, which leads to upper shoulder pressure and discomfort. Stan took a look at my spine for lower back pain, and headaches. After his assessment / spinal correction I felt like a new man. I was amazed how this adjustment he performed was just the thing I needed for the pain relief.
