I had a great experience working with Michael at 1st University Credit Union. He was incredibly helpful, efficient and respectful of my time. His communication was clear and straightforward, and he made the entire process easy without any unnecessary back and forth. I especially appreciated how kind and professional he was throughout. It’s refreshing to work with someone who is both genuinely helpful and considerate of your time. Thank you, Michael!

Ki was exceptionally patient and kind in a very trying transaction, which took far more of her time than it normally would have, or should have. She remained very professional and kind throughout the whole ordeal. Thank you so much, Ki!
