Thomas Doan rocks!! He helped see some flaws and pointing me to the right direction
My wife Irene and I being customers for a loong time . Comfortable
Tommy at the Castro Valley Blvd location was so very helpful resolving multiple issues, explaining how to link an external account, setting up and walking me through confidently using their apps. He went above and beyond, and was so patient, fast, and knowledgeable. He is a perfect example of what customer service should be! No chat bot can replace this!
All the staff here are excellent but Reimy provided a truly warm and professional experience for me today in helping me set up my account! She is extremely knowledgeable on the Union’s services, their pros and cons, and how they compare to other institutions. I’ve already recommended her to my family, and look forward to continue managing my finances through 1st United.
