I stopped at my Castro Valley branch and talked with my favorite Taylor Thomas Dawn to set up a wire transfer and they started looking at it and said it looks kind of bogus so Thomas spent about an hour researching it and it does it is very definitely bogus so great job Thomas thank you first United
Evangeline Flores was very welcoming, calm and patient , even though I was having a meltdown. She went above and beyond to successfully resolve my issue. The customer service at the CV branch was outstanding!
