Kelly and Chastity were absolutely amazing. They worked together as a team to set me up with the perfect account for my kids. Friendly and accommodating to all my banking needs. The connection I experienced was the best part, very understanding. They even sent me home with 2 piggy banks, one for each of my girls. Wonderful experience.

Don't have a single problem in your life while banking with them because you're in trouble fast, even though they started us out on the slow, and wrong foot. Yes, I know there's rules, but the fact that being employed doubly for 4 years mean nothing when all you need to do is reactivate your caretaking account (and it takes a short time to find a new client) to be employed again. I have a lot of respect for the employees working at the 1st Summit Bank in Greensburg. They really work very hard to satisfy customers needs. As we all know if you have worked in the public sector customers can be very difficult at times. The employees have gone way beyond there job description to help me, I was recently in another state and needed financial assistance ASAP!
