I went here a couple weeks back for a tounge peircing the lady (which is in a lot of other comments) clamped my tounge so hard it was yelling and she very rudely asked me if I am gonna get the peircing or not. I told her this was my second tounge peircing I’m familiar with the pain. Her clamping hurt more than the peircing itself she is not educated in peircings or hospitality and every reply yall have is a excuse as to why the service is terrible this honestly sucks bc yall are messing up ppls bodies. I have been here 3 times and every time the service has been amazing! They are very talented and very friendly. First time I got my nose pierced and it was a great experience although I was super nervous they helped me be at ease. The next two times I came in under emergency jewelry swaps because I couldn’t get jewelry in my own piercings at home and they were so sweet and helpful.
