I withdrew $300 in 20’s from the atm went inside to exchange them for 1’s. The teller said no problem grabbed $300 in 1’s then said I needed an account with them in order to exchange the money. When I asked about opening an account she said they couldn’t because they close in 25 minutes, and they would need 6 months of history with me before I’d be able to make any transactions. Great place to with friendly staff!
When opening our account they said they would call when papers were ready to be signed. Radio silence. Two weeks later I get a call saying “if you don’t come sign by today we’re freezing your account. Next in order checks. Weeks go by. They can’t find the order. Told they’ll expedite checks next day. Two days later I call and they say oh looks like 4 more days. Very poor management
