I'm not sure why someone would bank anywhere else. PERSONAL SERVICE. They know you and your banking needs as you walk in the door. No matter which branch I go to I always get greeted with a friendly "Hi Jim" and when I call for something it's the same. I even went to State St branch in Saginaw and was treated great and they don't know me. Great place to bank. Highly recommend.
Wonderful staff that goes above and beyond. I was so impressed by the way they handle my company's accounts that I do all my banking there and recommend them anywhere I can.
